Oberst BV develops online portals that help people save money. We aggregate tens of thousands of coupons and offers to make it easy for our visitors to get a better deal while shopping online. With portals like GuteGutscheine.de in Germany, LaReduction.fr in France and SökRabatt.se in Sweden, we are present in 20 countries and growing fast.

We are currently looking for a dedicated and motivated Website Coordinator for our Danish website. You will work in a small team and be responsible for all aspects of the content on the website. You will add to and update our discount code and savings database, communicate with our partner agencies / merchants and take responsibility for the products.

Your responsibilities

  • Accurate data entry: Enter data accurately and efficiently into databases or systems, ensuring that information is accurate and up to date.
  • Data processing: Processing data using various software applications, spreadsheets or other tools to manipulate, analyze or organize it as required.
  • Database maintenance: Updating and maintaining databases by adding new information, modifying existing data, or deleting obsolete entries to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Metrics review: Conducting metrics reviews, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective strategies to optimize site performance.
  • Partner communication: Communicating with merchants and agencies, coordinating exclusive coupons and promotions.

Your qualifications

  • You are a fluent Danish speaker with impeccable writing skills
  • You have knowledge about the e-commerce market in Denmark
  • You are flexible, exceptionally reliable and organized
  • Able to work effectively in a team and independently
  • You are accurate and have experience working with databases
  • You are analytical and focused on achieving business results
  • Available between 20 and 24 hours per week
  • You are based in the Netherlands

  • Between €3,000.00 and €3,500.00 gross per month on a full-time basis, plus 8% holiday allowance.
